Rooted in Presence
Remain calm and clear in a Noisy World
The world moves fast — full of noise, pressure, and endless demands.
For those of us who feel deeply, it can be overwhelming.
But there’s another way to live: from a place of quiet strength. This isn’t about escaping reality. It’s about remembering who we are beneath it all —and learning how to stay rooted in the present, even as the world swirls around us.
Earth: A World of Opposites and Polarities
Mother Earth is beautiful, and there is so much to learn and discover about our purpose here as human beings. We live and thrive and learn in this realm. Let’s focus on a few aspects:
A place shaped by contrasts:
- Inner and outer
- Success and failure
- Light and dark
- Joy and sorrow
In this world of contrast, we learn and grow through polarity. We understand peace through chaos, love through fear, and presence through absence.
Duality- unity
Our path as human beings is to live in a world of duality and polarity without getting lost in it, to experience duality and remember unity.
There is more to us than what we see.
Identity
In a world of duality and polarity, we can use identity as something to relate to, to define what helps us create more balance, a deep feeling of peace and understanding.
Let’s say that we have two identities within us as a human being:
Form Identity
We have a physical body with a conditioned mind with what i call sometimes toxic emotions like anger, pride, desire, and fear.
Essence Identity
A formless, timeless awareness behind it all—with qualities like love, compassion, peace, and contentment.
Both are part of the human experience. But when we only identify with form and the chaos outside, we lose touch with who we truly are.
Remember presence in the modern world
It is not easy to become more present, live, and thrive in this turbulent modern world. It is like taking two steps forward and one step backward.
You become more present when you remember and awaken your essence identity and balance it with your form identity. That still presence within is rooted so that you can live in the modern world but are not of the world.
How Do We Cultivate Presence?
Here are a few simple but powerful ways:
1. Daily Practices
Come home to yourself through silence, breath, journalling, natural movement, or creative expression.
2 . The Healing Power of Nature
Nature is a sacred ally for human beings. It offers rest and recharge. It invites you to use your senses to listen to the sound of the wind in the trees, the singing of the birds, the rhythm of walking on earth, and the spaciousness of the sky.
Nature reminds you of what is healthy. Nature reflects your natural pace. Your true rhythm. Nature gently restores you to wholeness.
3. Mindful Attention
Your energy follows your attention. Choose wisely whom you give it to. Let go of what drains you. Stay close to what nourishes you.
4. Compassionate Boundaries
Boundaries are not walls. They’re loving choices that protect what matters most.
5. Connection
We’re not meant to walk this path alone. Find your tribe, People who nourish you and remind you of your essence when the world’s noise makes you forget.
Inner Anchoring
The invitation to use the ways of Anchoring presence is the stillness within you — the part untouched by the headlines, opinions, or chaos around you.
This quiet presence is alive, aware, and strong.
The Sacred Path
Presence is not about escaping the world. It is about cultivating what I call your essence identity and being calm, clear, and courageous.
- You can laugh and cry.
- Succeed and fail.
Being part of this modern world — and remaining whole.
That is the invitation.
